A Managing Director, Liz has more than twenty years of experience in human resources consulting and senior level executive search. She was a Senior Vice President of Savoy Partners’ predecessor, Leon A. Farley Associates, consistently designated as one of the “Fifty Leading” executive search firms in the country.

She has particular expertise in multinational professional services, government contracting and technology-based businesses. Liz works for clients who serve the aerospace/defense, security and intelligence communities as well as major federal civil agencies such as the Department of State, Internal Revenue Service, DOE, HHS, USDA  HUD and others. She has also completed significant assignments for commercial sector firms in  financial services, communications (telecom, datacom) and healthcare technologies.

Her additional experience includes serving as a Vice President at Salomon Brothers, New York and a Vice President and Partner with Strategic Planning Associates, a publicy traded international corporate strategy consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Liz also spent eight years with Booz Allen & Hamilton, working in both the commercial and government/high technology sectors in New York, Washington, DC and Cleveland, last as a Director, Corporate Staff. Prior to BAH, she was at executive search firm, Simmons Associates, which was prominent in banking, finance and real estate development, but also handled some complex assignments in defense technologies.

She holds an undergraduate degree with honors from Harvard University and has completed graduate coursework in business, strategic planning, psychology and marketing, She served with the Peace Corps in South America and has maintained fluency in the Spanish language.
